User Data Deletion Instructions

Postra respects your right to control your data. If you'd like to permanently delete your Postra account and the data associated with it, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Method 1: Delete your account from Settings (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within Postra:

• Open Settings in your Postra account.
• Click Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion request.
• Verify the request using the OTP sent to your registered email address.
• Once verified, your account and associated Postra data will be permanently deleted.

Method 2: Request deletion via email

If you're unable to access your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at hello@postra.co.in.

Please include your registered mobile number in the email so we can verify your identity. Our team will get in touch with you and help complete the account deletion process.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your Postra account and the data associated with it, including your profile information, saved ideas, drafts, and content history. This action cannot be undone.
